WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Please check our troubleshooting section below prior to filing a return. Most people find that after reviewing this section, returns are not necessary. However, if you are unsatisfied we will gladly refund your purchase up to 60 days after the date of sale.
We also offer a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects on all products.
DISCLAIMER: Any boards damaged by extreme pressure, use of other writing tools, exposure to extreme heat, or puncturing or mutilating the board will not be covered under our return policy.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards, checks, and verified signed purchase orders.
HOW LONG DO THE GELBOARDS LAST?
We have been in business since 1998 and our first customers are still using the same gelboards.
We are anticipating the same life expectancy for our hard backed boards.
Our soft and unbacked boards are expected to last 10+ years with proper care.
The Stylus have a life expectancy of 10+ years with proper care.
TROUBLESHOOTING
During shipping or storing it is possible that the gel may move around and give the appearance of certain areas being devoid of the gel.
This is very easy to fix by simply using your fingers to push the gel back into the empty spot. Other options include using the stylus on it's side to roll the gel into the empty space or taking a rolling pin and rolling over the board to evenly redistribute the gel.
This will greatly increases the ease of writing and erasing on the board.
Additionally, there can sometimes be instances where the metallic gel can become magnetized from static electricity causing the product to be slightly harder to erase (usually caused by carpet or other static producing materials). In this case, simply use a dryer sheet from home to rub over the product a few times. This will make the board as good as new!
